The study aimed at identifying the training requirements of the secondary school mathematics teachers from their point of view.

The researcher used the analytical descriptive method.

The study tool(questionnaire) consisted of (58) items distributed over the study fields.

The tool was applied to the study sample from (50) mathematics teachers in secondary schools in Medina in the academic year 1438 / 1439H.

After verifying the validity and stability of the tool, and analyzing the results, the study found that the average training requirements for secondary school mathematics teachers from their point of view in the field of specialization average by (1.87)from(3) and in the field of education (1.95)from(3).

Tthere are no significantly important differences among the averages of the participants in the study in the field of specialization ( 0.05 > a) , while there are significant differences between the averages of individuals in the field of education) 0.05 > a) .

This is attributed to the non-educational qualification, which means that the training needs of this group are more than others.

One of the most important recommendations of the study is to hold periodic training courses for teachers in the field of specialization, and the field of education.
