The study aimed at determining the degree of practice of secondary school leaders in Al-Kharj govemorate for participatory leadership and its relation to the effectiveness of decision-making from the point of view of the teachers and to find out if there were statistically significant differences between the estimates of the study sample due to the variables (scientific qualification, years of service and scientific specialization).

The study was based on the descriptive descriptive approach.

The study population may be from all the secondary school teachers in Al-Kharj govemorate.

The number of teachers was 443.

The sample was 128 teachers.

The study showed a number of results as follows: The degree of approval of the study sample on all the points of the participatory leadership axis came to a medium level with an average of (3.08).

The second field was the "human relations" ).

The third area, "Relationship with the Local Community," ranked second and intermediate, with an average of (2.98).

The first field included the participation of teachers in administrative and leadership tasks ranked third and intermediate, with an average of (2.96) Results of the study that the degree of approval of the sample of the study on all Abar The results showed that there was a positive relationship between the degree of leadership of the schools in Al-Kharj govemorate for participatory leadership and the level of decision-making effectiveness from the point of view of teachers.

There are statistically significant differences between the opinions of the sample of the study in the degree of practice of the leaders of the schools in Al-Kharj governorate for the moral leadership and its relation to the effectiveness of the decision-making in addition to the scientific qualification variable.

The study recommended a number of recommendations, including: Holding training courses for school leaders to train them in the participatory leadership style and activating them in schools, the need to involve school leaders with highly qualified teachers in the decision-making process .
