The present study aimed at identifying the level of knowledge about the areas covered by the international standards of vocational rehabilitation among administrators, trainers and trainees.

That was explored at the Jordanian vocational rehabilitation centers of people with special needs.

The researcher adopted a descriptive approach to fulfill the study's obj ectives.

To be specific, the study's sample and population consist from all the Jordanian vocational rehabilitation centers of people with special needs which are located at the northern, central, and southern regions of Jordan.

Such centers include private, public, international and voluntary centers.

Therefore, the sample consists of 14 Jordanian vocational rehabilitation centers.

The questionnaire forms were distributed to all the administrators and trainers working at these centers (i.e.

26 administrators and 94 trainers).

However, 11 questionnaire forms were excluded because they are not valid for statistically analysis.

They are considered so because they are not fully answered.

The relevant statistical methods were used to analyze the collected data statistically.

That was done through using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program in the aim of providing answers to the study's questions.

It was concluded that the sampled administrators, trainers and trainees showed a high level of knowledge about the aforementioned areas in six statements.

However, they showed a low level of knowledge in one statement.

That means that there is a moderate level of knowledge about the areas covered by the international standards of vocational rehabilitation among administrators, trainers and trainees.

Such level is not accepted because the sampled individuals have significant responsibilities and managerial powers at the Jordanian vocational rehabilitation centers of people with special need.

Thus, those people must have much knowledge about the areas covered by the international standards of vocational rehabilitation.

The researcher recommends recruiting professional, and well-trained employees who are specialized in vocational rehabilitation of people with special needs.
