Abstract EN

The study aimed to Determine Levels of students attitudes toward school and study skills among female students in the upper primary stage .

In the light of the family structure in the secondary schools for girls belonging to the Directorate of Education for AL-Mafraq area in Jordan, The study sample consisted of 500 female students in the seventh, eighth, ninth, and tenth grades.

The researchers adopted scales of students attitudes scale toward school, and study skills after the validity and reliability of both scales were ensured.

Statistical Analysis of collected data revealed a moderate levels of attitudes for the students toward school was in a middle level .while the study skills level for them was high on total score and sub dimensions.

Also, there were a significant differences in both levels of attitudes and study skills contributed to normal family structure and there were significant differences in both levels of attitudes and study skills contributed to families of an average per capita.

The differences came in favor of middle-income families .

And the study included many recommendations.
