Abstract EN

Through its three investigations, this paper attempts to cover four main themes underlying the Algiers Road-map for the resolution of conflict and peace building in the northern Mali region in 2015.

These themes are the principles and foundations of conflict resolution, political and institutional issues, defense and security issues, social, economic and cultural development, as well as equity and humanitarian issues.

In addition, the principles, commitments and basics of the Algiers Road Map 2015 are analyzed, as well as its contribution in reorganizing the deteriorating conditions in northern Mali.

Also, the research aims to identify agreed plans and strategies for development, justice and humanitarian issues.

As well as to study the security issues and configure a suitable climate in order to build peace on the basis of short, medium- and long-term development projects in different domains.
