Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the impact of the characteristics of the information system on the application of some Japanese methods to facilitate the production in a sample of 18 Algerian pharmaceutical institutions.

The study adopted the analytical descriptive approach using a range of statistical methods emanating from the SPSS program.

The study main findings indicated that the examined institutions focus all their efforts on the application of the total quality management method and neglect the application of the other methods, because their information system was not in line with the requirements of its application, that’s why the study submitted a series of proposals, focusing mainly on the necessity to provide the information and facilitate its transition between duty stations and managerial levels without any restriction or condition.
