This research aimed to recognize the reality of basic level private schools in Khartoum State according to the comprehensive quality by recognizing the academic level for the private school students at basic level (the research sample) and how far the depending of teachers on the comprehensive quality standards in basic level when executing their professional duties‘ and the range of compliance at the service that provided by private schools with comprehensive quality standards and the range of response for the environment and preparations of the sample's level for the comprehensive quality ‘ to achieve the research objectives the researchers followed the descriptive approach to collect and analyze the data, the researchers depended on random sample included (281) teachers "males & females" were chosen randomly out of (90) private school at basic education level.

The data was collected by questionnaire prepared and proofed by researchers in addition to information from the personal interviews and applied on the questionnaire among the period (2017 - 2018).

A descriptive statistic and non-parametric and the last on represented in calculating the value of Kai.

The researchers achieved the following result: academic performance of private schools students is fit to the comprehensive quality standards.

The teachers of private schools at basic level depend on the comprehensive quality in executing their professional duties.

Types of services that provided by private schools at basic level in Khartoum State comply with the comprehensive quality standards.

The level of environment concerning and school preparations doesn’t match the comprehensive quality standards.

The researchers recommended according to the results that the Ministry of Education should make an annual survey for the private educational foundations to make sure of the environment safety and the school preparation and rules that approved the certificate to establish the foundation.
