Arabic Abstract

This study aims at identifying the role of the school administration in the government high schools in Ajloun governorate in forming awareness among the students about the danger of extremist thought and violence in its forms from the point of view of the teachers.

The study community consists of all teachers and teachers of government high schools in Ajloun.

The number of male and female teachers ( 1256 ), the male teachers ( 555 ), and the number of female teachers ( 701 ).

The study sample consists of ( 298 ) teachers and teachers, male and female, of government secondary schools in Ajloun Governorate ( 2018/2019 ).

To achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire is used as a data collection tool.

The reliability and persistence of the instrument are verified using the Pearson correlation factor, alpha-Cronbach correlation factor, and the caculation means, standard deviations and T-test of the independent samples are used for statistical data processing.

The results of the study shows that the estimation of the members of the study sample for the role of the school administration in the public secondary schools in Ajloun governorate in forming awareness among the students about the danger of extreme thought and violence in its forms is so high.

The results also showed no statistically significant differences due to sex variable, years of experience, All Areas.

The study came out with recommendation the most important among them is the organization of periodic meetings with a program of teaching worldwide
