Arabic Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of the educational administration in the development of the community from the point of view of workers in the Directorate of Education Jerash, the study community of all the workers in the Jerash Directorate ( 137 ), was selected a simple random sample of ( 104 ) ( 2018-2019 ).

To achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was used as a data collection tool.

The reliability and persistence of the instrument were verified using the Pearson correlation coefficient, alpha-Cronbach correlation coefficient, and the mean, standard deviations and T-test of the independent samples were used for statistical data processing.

The results of the study showed that the field within the school ranked first with the highest average ( 3.53 ) and the average level, while the provision of services to the community in the last rank with an average of ( 3.36 ), the absence of statistically significant differences ( α ≤ 0.05 )Sex in all fields and in the total degree except for the provision of services to the community, and the differences were in favor of males.

There were statistically significant differences ( α ≤ 0.05 )due to the effect of the years of experience in all fields and in the total score except for the field within the school, and the differences in favor of the category of experience less than 10 years.

And the absence of statistically significant differences ( α ≤ 0.05 )attributed to the impact of scientific qualification in all fields and in the total score.
