This study aims at identifying the role of the TQ, in higher education institutions, in achieving a sustainable development which is targeted by various countries and governments for it is capable to reconcile between economic growth and social requirements, without harming the natural environment.

All of these are the result of the social, economic and environmental changes that have imposed this wise alternative.
