Abstract EN

This study aims at addressing the National Employment Agency as it plays a Important role in the labor market in terms of the role it plays in mediating between job seekers, and its supporters represented in all economic institutions, in particular or in general, as well as all the programs it offers in order to support the majors in Algeria.

The study concluded by identifying all the operational programs provided by the National Agency for Employment in the framework of its functions, in addition to the various instructions directed by the latter to all its agencies, which are included in the operating support, which is evidenced by the increase in the number of employment in 2018 compared to 2017.
