The problem of research was to question the extent to which the leadership contributes to its different dimensions (vision, inspiration, trust, communication) in achieving social responsibility, and aims to identify the concept of leadership and its distance, identify the concept of social responsibility and its dimensions, Social responsibility programs in Sudanese organizations, the extent to which the Sudanese social responsibility organizations are applied, and the hypotheses are examined.

There is a statistically significant relationship between leadership and social responsibility.

There is a statistically significant relation between vision and responsibility there is a statistically significant relationship between social responsibility and inspiration in Zain Sudan Telecom Company.

There is a statistically significant relationship between trust and social responsibility in Zain Sudan Communication Company.

There is a statistically significant relationship between communication and social responsibility in Zain Sudan And the study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the company's focus on interest in pioneering leadership, the company's leading leader, a vision, confidence is an important aspect of the company's leadership, that the company is interested in communication, the management of the company is its responsibility towards society, With a number of recommendations on the management of the company to increase the interest in leadership, the management of the company should conduct training courses in the administrative leadership on a regular basis, working to build close interactive relationships inside and outside the company through the development of the network of personal relations and continuous communication between management and employees, Creative ideas to reach a conscious vision of employees, working to provide an organizational climate based on mutual trust and the spirit of cooperation among employees.
