In recent decades, there has been a quantum leap in knowledge, both in terms of quantity and quality.

The methods of dealing with it have been developed through digital technologies that allow for easy storage and processing of their requirements and allows for rapid and efficient transmission and dissemination, bringing the global community to an advanced stage of the third wave.

Accordingly, the term "digital knowledge society" has emerged with the aim of enhancing the knowledge potentials and working on their utilization and utilization in the development of human societies in general.

Accordingly, the current paper aims to monitor and analyze the reality of the digital knowledge society in the Arab world, while developing a modern and future vision for learning and research.
