Experts predict that several new disciplines in the labour market will be emerged as a natural consequence of the Fourth Industrial Revolution that has generated enormous capabilities in digital, information, and communication technologies.

However, according to the World Economic Forum 2016, it is remarkable that nearly 65% of the future jobs’ employability skills are not considered in the current high education system.

Hence, this research aims to explore the employability skills of the future job market, and shows how digital education system can play a crucial role in this context by understanding the meaning of Digital Education (DE) as a terminology, exploring the forces that influence DE as main determinants in the era of digital revolution, knowing the patterns of interaction in DE environment with its forms, and shedding light on four international experiences in DE supporting market employability skills; two of them are on the national level and the other on the micro level in United States and European Union.

The research then considers the challenges of DE according to the main elements of educational process and its surrounding environment, and ends up with results and recommendations.
