The learner of educational systems across different ages and in different parts of the world recognizes that education was not in any era or period of time, and is not influenced by the social conditions surrounding it.

It is always influenced by social, economic and political events and changes.

In light of the rapid social and economic changes in the present societies and the current technological and electronic development, the education system is facing great challenges in providing educational opportunities to the uneducated or those who have not completed their education or who are not able to continue their study of the distance of place or work.

Through the system of distance training in all stages of education from the primary stage to the university stage, and we will discuss in this paper to the experiences of some Arab countries in the field of distance education and e-learning.
