This research aims to identify the concept of quality and its principles and highlight the importance and objectives of quality in the educational process, in addition to a review of the concept of elearning and its importance, and the disclosure of the most important standards adopted for the quality of the e-learning system.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, the main results of the research are:  Quality management is a nascent concept and has begun to expand and spread in all countries.

 The quality system is very important in improving the educational process and developing it, and the teachers rely heavily on reforming and upgrading educational systems.

 The quality of e-learning programs increases as they meet the standards of global nonprofit organizations.

 Standards and indicators for the quality of e-learning vary in number according to the variety of studies and institutions that have addressed these standards.
