With the advent of the twenty-first century, the world witnessed rapid developments and successive changes caused by the explosion of knowledge and the terrible development in ICTs.
This new situation imposed on the active institutions a range of challenges to facilitate the adaptation of this technological tide.
The situation is exacerbated by the Arab countries, which suffer from delays in the field of information and communication technology in general, in addition to the lack of field expertise and ways to benefit from these technologies.
It is in this context that we attempt to shed light on the relationship between Arabic and modern techniques and their role in teaching Arabic language, The research also discusses the causes of the decline of the Arabic language and giving the appropriate solutions.
We have the following problems: How can modern technology be used to make Arabic a scientific language?, and can technological development reach its goal in teaching Arabic language?
