Arabic Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقصي أثر التعليم عن ريادة الأعمال و اتجاهات المعلمين كعاملين وسيطين على العلاقة بين المعتقدات المعيارية و اتجاهات الطلبة نحو اعتبار ريادة الأعمال كاختيار مهني محتمل تكونت عينة الدراسة من 1630 من طلبة صفوف السابع و حتى الثاني ثانوي في منطقة تلاع العلي من مدينة عمان.
تم جمع البيانات باستخدام الاستبانات.
و استخدم التصميم شبه التجريبي بوجود مجموعة تجريبة و أخرى ضابطة و تم تحليل الانحدار لاختبار الفرضيات حول العلاقات بين المتغيرات.
و استخدم اختبار ( ت) المقارنة اتجاهات الطلبة الذين تعرضوا للتعليم عن ريادة الأعمال مع اتجاهات الطلبة في المجموعة الضابطة.
و أظهرت النتائج أن معدلات اتجاهات الطلبة الذين تلقوا التعليم عن ريادة الأعمال كانت أقل من تلك التي لمجموعة المقارنة كما وجدت الباحثة أن الطلبة الذين كانت لديهم خبرة سابقة في العمل أو التدريب كانت لديهم معدلات أعلى في الاتجاهات.
و تمت التوصية بتوفير فرص للتدرب على تأسيس أعمال صغيرة في المدارس.
كما توصي الدراسة بمزيد من راسات التقييم للتعليم ريادة الأعمال في المدارس خاصة فيما يتعلق بالمحتوى و التطبيق.
English Abstract
This study aimed to investigate moderation effect of entrepreneurship awareness education and teachers ‘attitudes on the relationship between students ‘subjective norms and their attitudes towards considering entrepreneurship as career option.
The study sample consisted of 1630 students from grades seven to twelve in district of Tla ‘Al-Ali, Amman.
Data was collected using a questionnaire.
Quasi-experiment approach with treatment and comparison groups was used.
Regression analysis tested hypothesized relationship between variables.
T-tests were used to compare attitudes of students exposed to awareness entrepreneurship education with attitudes of comparison group.
Results showed that mean attitude of students who received entrepreneurship education was less than of those who did not.
Furthermore, the researcher found that students exposed to previous work or training had higher mean attitudes.
The study recommends providing startup training opportunities in schools.
It also recommends further evaluation of entrepreneurship education provided in schools, namely curricula contents and implementation.
