This study aimed to identify the dimensions of the prevailing organizational culture, and the level of knowledge management in the administrative departments working in jijel, from the point of view of employees .

In addition, to identify the extent of the impact of organizational culture prevailing in the knowledge management.

Adopted the researchers relied on the random sample method of scanning the overall study population, they distributed (170) questionnaire on a sample of the study.
