The Algerian insurance sector is facing many challenges to achieving its desired results and proportionate to the possibilities available in Algeria, despite the numerous reforms adopted by the Government, The main points of the reforms are the separation of people's insurance from damage insiuance under Law 06/04 As a new method to develop the sector, but the results achieved are not very commensurate with the planned results, mainly due to the weakness of the culture of insiuance and many other reasons, the most important ones relating to the economic situation experienced by Algeria, and therefore we want through this research paper Shed light on the results of the separation of persons insurance for damage insiuance and its relationship to the problem of weak insurance culture.
