Abstract EN

This study aimed to test the impact of corporate governance principles hospitals to improve the quality of health services, the application of the public hospital in Skikda.

In order to achieve the objective of the study was the use of the questionnaire, was directed to the crew of the hospital medical and administrative second questionnaire was directed to the beneficiaries of health services, to include all of the first and second questionnaire of respondents (45).

And through field reconnaissance and application of the study and analysis tool using the program (SPSSV19) study concluded a set of results, the most important: the public hospital of Skikda applied the principles of corporate governance average standard; the health services provided by the high level of quality, from the point of view of the beneficiaries; there is no trace of the application of the principles of corporate governance of the hospitals to improve the quality of health services in the hospital
