Abstract EN

Recently the State of Qatar has recognized the foreigner's right of real state ownership.

The Qatari Government’s decision to to permit foreign ownership was a result in order to encourage international co-operation and to acknowledge foreigners rights and dignity.

Generally speaking, legislation permitting foreign ownership is regulated and organised by countries’ legislators.

Similarly, the Qatari legislator has legalized the ownership of real estate in several national laws.

The new laws have never been discussed academically, and therefore I have discussed this important issue in two chapters.

In the first chapter, I have discussed the foreigner's right of real state ownership.

Moreover, in the second chapter I have discussed the restrictions on real state ownership.

I have ended the research with a conclusion of my most important findings and recommendations
