Old worlds countries have a great interest in pursing an active policy to protect competition, base on either bilateral or multilateral agreements.

As known’s the primary purpose of WTO, is to open trade for the benefit of all.

Which require powerful instrument to en courage adoption of welfare enhancing competition rules, promote a competitive environment, and eliminating barriers, to liberate trade and investment.

For that reasons and others,all countries especially developing ones, must apply an adaption of its legal system,accordance with WTO rules and regulations,to be able achieving fair competition process.
