The study aimed to identify the effects of the training program for the license of voluntary work, and the quality of this training program from various aspects.

The total population sampling methodology was used.

The total sample was (111) trainee and the questionnaire was used as a data collection tool The study concluded that the voluntary work license program has a positive impact on the performance of volunteers, and contributes Vision 2030 achievement, and increasing the motivation of volunteers towards volunteer work As for the voluntary work license program evaluation, the results of the study showed that the program has achieved high evaluation levels of each of the program implementation, means, material, objectives, and administrative and supervisory services The study recommended popularizing the experience of Nourah Al-Atta volunteer incubator in the Deanship of Community Service at Princess Nourah University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia universities The study also recommended training staff qualification across the Kingdom.
