The aim of this study is to highlight the importance and role of sovereign wealth funds in modern economies.

Until May 2007, SWFs occupy only a very small fraction of the world's public attention, but as soon as the famous "Morgan Stanley" report has appeared, and which claims that the assets of SWFs should reach 12 trillion$ in 2015, interest in these has changed completely; since they will be a growing financial power from which we should profit in the future.

And the study concluded that the number of sovereign wealth funds has increased and their income has increased considerably, and their investments have diversified, and they have become of great importance in modern economies, especially in times of crisis.
