This article aims to know the level of interest in the change in individuals in skikda port organization, to determine which business ethics are available to the employees of this organization.

This study shows the following results: - interest in the change in individuals of skikda port came to an average degree.

-There is a high degree of business ethics in this institution.

-There is no statistically significant correlation to change in individuals in promoting of business ethics in skikda port organization.
