Abstract EN

In this study, we try to identify the forms of organizational conflict management from the point of view of middle cadre, and highlighting the priority of each strategy.

The results showed that the sample of study followed the various strategies of conflict management in their institution, while giving priority to the dimension of cooperation in resolving all forms of conflict, thus contributing to the establishment of a culture of common interest.

Also the sample of study used the dimensions of settlement, avoidance and waiver according to certain organizational positions related to the nature of their privileges.

They used competition strategy too in a realistic way far from the unfair competition under the clarity of laws and regulations of the system of incentives or promotions or other bonuses and rewards, whether if material or moral.
