The study of the intellectual elite is of great importance in all societies, Because of its effectiveness in terms of its role in society, which is based mainly on positive participation in contemporary issues related to their culture and culture, however, these studies are still faced with problems related to the multiplicity of views on the meaning of the intellectual elite, and ambiguity in several aspects related to its relationship with the State and society, in addition to the extent of expression of the reality of their societies and work on their development.
