Abstract EN

The study aimed at understanding the role of MIS in the efficiency of administrative processes, decision making, the study included in the beginning the theoretical framework of the study, the introduction, the importance and objectives of the research, review of previous studies.

the second chapter dealt with the role of MIS in the efficiency of performance and its development.

it included two topics.

the first topic dealt with the concept of information systems and their development.

the second topic dealt with the role of information systems in the efficiency of administrative processes (decision making), the third chapter dealt with the procedures of the field study.

it included two topics.

the first topic dealt with a brief summary of the Jordanian al-Jazira bank.

the second topic was devoted to presenting and analyzing the results and discussing them.

the research findings and recommendations came at the conclusion of the study.
