It is clear that the function of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) can be expanded to include the issuing of legislative orders, in which no Qur'anic text has been published, so as to manage the public affairs of the society and resolve disputes between people.

The scholars of the Muslim community differed on the view that it is obligatory to follow or not to follow, because it is without the revelation of a house.

Some of them saw it as obligatory to work and take it because it resulted in the result of Allaah.

They are the Shaafa'is and Zaydis.

Some of them saw it as the effort of the Prophet.

Hanbali, and them N saw that the Prophet (may Allah bless him and God) when waiting for an event meant to rule.

If it did not come down to him then inspired by the rule of law or legislation they have Alohnav Ibadhi Thus, the legislative mandate of the Prophet became clearer and narrower to the majority of Muslims and according to the jurisprudents and imams of Islamic schools , and thank Allah the god of everything.
