Time was the subject of philosophy by excellence because it represented the central problem , more than this, it was idealizing the problem of all problems for its relation with existance and metaphysica.

This continued like wise until the modern era when the human and social sciences were crystallized as upright sciences and selfindependent about philosophy ,withitso wnsubjects and its propermet hodical instruments and its special concepts.

This led to perform when dealingwiththe time , sodifferently than when dealt with in metaphysica which always tried to know its nature andits essence.

So instead of dealingwith time as an understandable mere what refrainedthe evident philosophers dis pute arouses.

The social sciences and more precisely sociology considers Time as an observable phenomenon ans takesit as a scientific study away from the metaphysical contemplation .

That is what we willtry to emphasis on in this article ,trying to start by the different sociological studies that took Time as a subject of analysis.

Than we willreveal the subjects of sociology of time within the leaders of the social frensh school to finally cite some special concepts of this branch.
