Abstract: If Howard Gardner, in his theory known as "multiple intelligences," has developed eight types of intelligence in children, the list of human intelligence in the digital age has recently evolved to include what is called "digital intelligence," according to an article by Yuhyun Park and published The World Economic Forum (WEF) on September 6, 2016 also adopted the DQ Every Child movement, Digital Intelligence for Every Child, a unique global education developed by DQ Institute, which includes the World Economic Forum, governments, leading NGOs, academic researchers, IT companies, Telecommunications.
This movement aims to transform every child between the ages of eight and twelve years, all over the world into a digital citizen.
It is a global movement to empower each child digitally through digital intelligence, with the aim of enabling children to turn risks into opportunities.
The digital world poses many risks to our children such as digital bullying, addiction to electronic games, addiction to screens and the question how to protect our children in this digital world and make sure that they are leading the technology without many risks and hence the concept of digital intelligence as well as IQ general intelligence and EQ emotional intelligence came intelligence Digital DQ.
The current study seeks to introduce this new concept and its associated competencies and the justification for advocating education for our children, and the strategies that can be used to achieve this by addressing the following points limited digital intelligence and competencies and capabilities associated with it.
