The aim of the research is to highlight the role of leadership in achieving the functional gratitude of the employees of the department investigated through its strategies.

The research was conducted on a sample of the staff of the Health Department of Babel, composed of 110 employees.

The data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires, (SPSS.V.20), the study concluded that the respondents were positively accepted for the variables of the search variables, and the statistical analysis of the data showed that there is a correlation relationship and an effect of the good leadership on the overall functional gratitude, K through its dimensions, and this shows that the department.
