Abstract EN

The objective of the research is to identify the level of strategic leadership and overall strategic performance at the level of each dimension, and to test the relationship between leadership and strategy and strategic performance.

The problem of research is the role of strategic leadership in enhancing strategic performance at the University of Diyala.

The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, 30 samples were distributed to the sample and the data were analyzed using the SPSS program for the purpose of testing the research hypotheses.

The research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which was the relationship between strategic leadership and strategic strengthening.

The research concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of investing the relationship and the moral influence between the strategic leadership and the strategic performance in the strategic planning process of the university being investigated and benefiting from its data in achieving its objectives.
