It is agreed that illegal migration as a continuous and natural social phenomenon has to do with the principal of sovereignty, which Express explicit the conflict between two regions.

The first is related to the individual which is the logic of enjoyment of his freedom and his rights, such as the right to movement.

The second is related to the logic of state sovereignty over its territory and its right in maintaining its security by controlling the movement of migrants across the border to protect its security and the one of its citizens, and in order to reconcile between the right of the individual and the sovereignty of the state.it works to deport illegal immigrants without prejudice to their rights which is guaranteed in international convenient and internal legislation.

Algeria, libe the rest of the world , is facing the phenomenon of illegal immigration bytaking legal measures within the duty of its international obligation by protecting Algerian citizen and foreign residents by deporting illegal immigrants to their country borders by facilitating deportation in humanitarian conditions
