This paper deals with the problems related to sovereignty on the Golan Heights, starting with historical and legal contexts, and the impact on the fragility of peace issues in the Middle East and the Arab-Israeli conflict after international politics entered into a vicious circle between the Trump administration and UN resolutions.

The article argues that the problem of sovereignty over the Golan Heights holds a logical course, because it focuses on the American administration's approach based on the occupied land policy rather than on international legitimacy.

Thus, the discriminatory boundaries separating the hegemony of international law and American hegemony in the face of US foreign policy toward Middle East issues.
