The aim of the research is to explain the effects of financial globalization on developing countries and to focus on emerging financial markets.

The research reached several conclusions, including the possibility of moving from short-term financial market to long-term financial market from commercial banks to business banks from insurance services to banking services And from the exchange markets to the financial markets.

The current research has shown a strong positive correlation between market capitalization and liquidity in our markets in the research table on the one hand, and foreign investments in the market on the other, where correlation coefficients are positive and very close to one.

The study made several recommendations, including maintaining a kind of economic stability in relation to the macro variables, the most important of which are growth rates, inflation rates, interest rates, investment rates, etc., and linking the emerging stock exchanges among them and integrating them into a unified financial market.
