Abstract EN

The present research aims at recognizing the condition of professional development and its importance for those who work in the libraries of Dhi Qar University , and the prominent skills that should be available for them to keep abreast of modern technology.

The researcher followed survey methodology.

The research concluded that the main means of developing the workers' professions is to join training courses.

The present work also recommends that there should be some training courses for developing the workers' professions in libraries following the electronic training.
