The research attempts to highlight the characteristics of vowel sounds in Arabic and English and to show the most important characteristics of each language by observing the characteristics of short and long vowels in Arabic and English, and reviewing the qualities of vowels for each language separately in independent research and then make a comparison between these two languages.
