The subject of this research mainly concerns the abandonment of a post in the public service in Algeria.
It is also a serious attempt to put the weight on the most important mechanisms of Executive Decree No.
17-321 setting the terms of dismissal of the official for abandonment of post.
I am based in the present research much more on the side legal basis for the authentication of ideas that are based on realities that proves that Every public official, whether he belongs to the state civil service, to the territorial public service, whether he is a public servant, trainee, or agent non-public law holder, either full-time or part-time, is subject to the rules on the abandonment of posts in the public service

L'objet de cette recherche concerne principalement l'abandon d'un poste dans la fonction publique algérienne.
Il s’agit également d’une tentative sérieuse de mettre l’accent sur les mécanismes les plus importants du décret exécutif n ° 17-321 fixant les conditions de révocation du fonctionnaire pour abandon de poste.
Je me base beaucoup plus dans la présente recherche sur la base légale pour l'authentification d'idées fondées sur des réalités prouvant que Tout agent public, qu'il appartienne à la fonction publique de l'État, à la fonction publique territoriale, qu'il soit un fonctionnaire, stagiaire ou mandataire non titulaire de droit public, à temps plein ou à temps partiel, est soumis aux règles relatives à l'abandon de postes dans la fonction publique
