Abstract EN

The aim of the current research is to identify the level of creative personality for the educational counselors and the differences in the level of creative personality according to the variables (sex , years of service).

the sample consisted of (150) maleand female counselors from Nineveh governorate.

to achieve the research objectives, the researchers construet the creative personality scale of (46) items.

the researchers used the following statistical means (one sample t-test, two independent samples t-test, pearson correlation coefficient, the t-test for correlation coefficient, anova one way), and the following results were obtained : - sample are characterized by a high level of self-control.

- no statistically significant differences in the level of creative personality according to the variable (sex, years of service( in light of the results, the researchers set number of recommendations and suggestions.
