Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the level of the existence of specific processes of knowledge management in the investigated organizations and their contribution to the creation of organizational innovations in light of the unstable environmental variables.

In order to achieve this, this study was dropped on Algerian commercial banks by distributing a questionnaire Analyzed using the SPSS program, The study found that there is a strong correlation between adapting to regulatory change and banking innovation, but overall there is a direct and positive impact on the planned innovations.

This study recommends that the leaders of commercial banks should be interested in studying, diagnosing and analyzing environmental variables, and working to push and motivate those working with banking knowledge to introduce technological innovations to their organizations in line with Nature of the needs of the market positions of the organization.
