Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the extent to which organizational culture dimensions in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities affect the behavior of sharing and sharing knowledge resources among employees and thus build organizational knowledge in this college, because knowledge is vital and sensitive to the success of present and future organizations.

And then apply the study to the departments of the Faculty of Arts and scientific units administrative.

The researchers developed a questionnaire for the purposes of this study.

The study identified the dimensions of the main organizational culture as follows: trust, collective culture, shared vision, management practices, common cultural norms.

The sharing and exchange of knowledge resources is the exchange of human resources, information, ideas and knowledge, exchange of services, assistance, composition of teams and sharing and sharing of knowledge.

The study found that the level of behavior of sharing and sharing knowledge resources among staff - and thus building knowledge - in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities was slightly above average.

The study indicated that organizational culture affects the level of knowledge-sharing among staff and thus the level of knowledge-building, and that each dimension of organizational culture affects the level of knowledge-sharing among staff, but to varying degrees.

It was also found that the level of exchange of knowledge resources among staff varies according to academic qualification and age, while other personal factors have no impact on the exchange of knowledge resources among staff.

The study included a number of recommendations aimed at reviewing the prevailing organizational culture in order to help activate and promote the exchange of knowledge resources among staff and thus better knowledge management.
