The research deal with the rule of privates and foreign schools in Mosul in preparation the elites, and the participation of the graduates in political ,educational, and social life in the xix and xx centuries , the researchers focuses also the elites according their, birth, cradle, the creation of scientific, educational, and social during productions ,and activities, finally, their death.
