Chapter I: The importance of the research has been taken as a basic element in building and improving the capabilities and development in the security and intelligence fields, achieving the desired goals, raising morale, efficiency, skills development, knowledge acquisition, behavior change, and trends for the trainees of the security forces.

Chapter II: The theoretical framework included two axes: the first is the psychological combustion, the psychological pressures and the theories that contributed to its interpretation, the discussion of the theories, the correlation of psychological pressure with the psychological combustion, and the symptoms of psychological combustion, and then the methods to the explained models of psychological combustion.

Chapter III: The researcher took the descriptive method in the survey method, through studying the phenomenon of psychological combustion and the reasons leading to it.

The results of the fourth chapter indicate that the degree of psychological combustion was high among the security forces' instructors and instructors according to the (arithmetic mean, standard deviation and relative weight) and the order of each paragraph of the scale according to work pressure, management pressures and related facilities.
