And it still controversial issue, particularly in the extent to which the measures taken by countries in reducing the negative aspects associated with the use of political money , in the same time Preserving the institutional role of political party within the political system, especially in supporting political stability, free political competition, and strengthen the peaceful succession of power.

In other side , the issue of political finance is the most prominent aspect of political party policies, and the survival strategies and political success of political party are largely linked to the funding policies and how the party employs the money.
