English Abstract

The rapid change in the scientific, cultural, cognitive and technological spheres of life has led to an interest in efforts to evaluate and continuously develop and provide services to educational institutions, including university education, as well as increase social demand for university education.

The urgent need to assume responsibilities, manage business well and the effective need is the one that moves and promotes education.

The learners realize that this learning is measured by the quality of the outputs of the university institution, which is achieved in different ways.

The issue of the quality of education has become the focus of attention on education at the regional and global levels, as many see the way to meet the challenges of the twenty-first century as raising the quality and quality of education.

Old methods of education, their contents and methods of evaluation are no longer appropriate for the era of globalization.
