Abstract EN

The aim of this study to know the extent of the importance of the contribution of electronic banking in the building of the digital economy based mainly on information technology and the internet in Algeria as well as assessment of the situation of the reality of each of the banks electronic commerce and applications of the digital economy and electronic commerce through the presentation and analysis of some of the statistical data on the infrastructure of the banks and the digital economy the study concluded the offer the experience of Britain as a pilot model in the field of pure digital economy.

It has been to reach many of the results, the most important of which is that Algeria is still far from the level reached by most of the states in the area of electronic banking services and applications of the digital economy, where they record the delay in the use of electronic commerce and modern means of payment and supporting them.
