The study aims at highlighting the impact of intellectual capital with its components on improving the performance of the company.
To achieve the objectives of this study, 51 questionnaire were administrated and analyzed from manager of companies in Setif province, Three dimensions were represented the intellectual capital: the human capital, the structural capital and the relation capital, where the study found that there is an impact relation between the influence of intellectual capital and the performance of companies.
