That the tourism industry in the Kingdom is a new era; but the State has given this aspect of its attention and interest; as evidenced by the establishment of the Supreme Commission for Tourism and Antiquities and Interact with the vision of the Kingdom 2030 to interest in tourism as an important industry, Must be studied The aim of this research is to shed light on the issue of legal mechanisms to protect tourist activities in the Saudi law in order to answer the basic question which is What is the availability of legal rules in the Saudi law that effectively protect the tourist activities? And What is the position of Islamic feqh?
